The Frame: All of our frames are precision cut on computerized saws and routers. This allows us to consistently provide high quality frames that exceed the highest industry standards. Using the latest technology the materials used are a mix of high quality laminated composite materials mixed with wood. The materials are glued, nailed and screwed together to provide a lifetime of dependable service.

The Seat Suspension: We use a high quality, super strength webbing that is laced side to side and front to back. This is the traditional Italian method that provides a lifetime of consistent comfort and support.

The Filling Material: we use only the highest quality seating and filling components in our products. Our seat cushions are made from a high-density polyfoam product that is densely poured with virgin materials providing you with a lifetime of use, comfort and durability. Depending on the design requirements, your product will have either 1.8 density or a 2.2 density polyfoam. All of aforementioned products are carefully selected to maximize the comfort, appearance and durability.
